New Zealand

Region 4 DVD distributed by Vendetta. You can buy it directly from them here, or from online stockists such as The Warehouse.

United Kingdom

Region 2 DVD distributed by Blue Dolphin. It’s available at Amazon UK or at High St shops.

Rest of the World

Region free DVD that will play in any part of the world, distributed by The Insatiable Moon Ltd. (Please note: although the DVD is region free, it is in PAL format and will need a DVD player that plays both PAL and NTSC).
