DVD under way

Posted on January 19, 2011 by Mike Riddell

The long awaited DVD of The Insatiable Moon is in production. Though not available until April 6 (the film is still showing in some cinemas), it’ll be worth waiting for. As well as the film, we’ve included a range of special features: trailer, behind the scenes interviews, outtakes, deleted scenes, an image gallery and closed captions for the hearing impaired.

Apologies to those who are clamoring to get a copy. There’s a contractual lag between cinematic release and DVD release. However, we can advise that there will be a special presale price to be announced on this site soon – purchase in advance and have the DVD shipped to you on the day of release. Some groups have already advised of bulk purchases to take advantage of the offer – thanks.

Excitement is building as we prepare for the UK release on 4 March and then the DVD release 6 April.

And of course, it’s full moon again…

    Hi Mike,
Glad to know DVD will soon be available.
I would like to use it as part of our Lenten study programme in Auckland Central Methodist Parish.
Our theme “Considering the Cross” will have a multimedia reflective approach, including ‘Insatiable Moon’.

    Cheers,
    Lynne Frith
