UK Poster

Posted on December 14, 2010 by Mike Riddell

The boys in the UK have been playing around with ideas for the poster that will accompany our release over there in 2011.

The format in that part of the world is different – landscape rather than portrait.

Here’s a draft of what they’re working on. We’d value your opinion on this. Either post a comment on the bottom of this blog, or else on the facebook page. For those of you who’ve seen the film, do you think it works to convey the ethos? All views listened to… thanks for helping shape this up.

I keep playing with the idea of ‘sometimes family isn’t just who you’re related to’ or something along those lines.

I would flip the photo under the Peter Calder quote, just so that he looks into the frame. I’d try it anyway, to see how it looks. Otherwise good

I think the text needs to stand out more, if i was driving past that or glancing around my urban environment i would struggle to read it.
