Our Birmingham screening was a great night out, in the home town of our coproducers Pip Piper and Rob Taylor from Bluehippomedia. It was also great to have many crew members from the shoot there, including Steve Krohne, Dave Cawley, Sam Genders and Callum Piper – not to mention our costume designer Chantelle Gerrard. The film was screened to a great and eclectic group of people, who thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Sponsored by Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, the evening started with drinks in the bar and concluded with another superb Q&A session.

Meanwhile, back in New Zealand, the film continues its screenings to happy audiences. And we are delighted that the script has been nominated in the short list for the Screenwriting Awards of New Zealand – the winner to be announced on Nov 10th.
